Delivery times (Bicycles, UK)

Bicycles are delivered by City Link (you'll be informed on dispatch). Your bike should be with you within 7 working days unless stated. We will do our best to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Delivery times (Parts & Accessories)

Parts & accessories are sent via City Link or Royal Mail. Orders with a total value of 100 pounds or over are sent by traceable recorded delivery. On orders below 100 pounds you can choose to have your goods shipped recorded delivery for a small additional charge. This gives added security to your goods in transit and in many cases will mean you can track their progress via the couriers website. Parts and accessories should be with you within a working week. Occasionally we may need to order a part and it may take a little longer in which case we will try to advise you.

Order Tracking (Bicycles & Recorded Delivery Items only)

Upon dispatch of your goods from our warehouses, we will email you with an order tracking or consignment number. We provide you with information on how to use this to track your order through the relevant carriers website. The couriers we use normally deliver between the hours of 9am and 6pm on working days. However it can be possible to arrange for Saturday deliveries, or to specify a morning or afternoon timeslot, for a small extra charge. If you are not in when the couriers call, they will leave a card giving details of how you can arrange to pick up your bike or have it redelivered. If you experience any problems give us a call on 01753 830118 and we will do our best to help out.
